5 to 6pm:

CarrOt  Juice (ALternate)
Grape FRuit Juice

15 minut before workout

Half Cup Black COffe

After workout:

Two Gava Without seeds.

DINNER OATS MEAL:

50 GRM oATs
Half Glass Water
Half GlasS Milk 
5ALmonds
1 SLICE BROWN BREAD
